New Prayer Requests
There are no new requests this week.
Ongoing Requests
Pray for Andy Puryear, father of Cara Mahler. Andy had a stroke 6 years ago, which resulted in him being confined to a wheelchair. He is unable to eat or drink, so he receives nutrition through a PEG tube. He is non-verbal and communicates via gestures. Cara and her siblings have made the difficult decision to transfer him from receiving care in the home of her sister to a long-term care facility. Pray for him to receive this news well and for the family as they help him adjust to a new normal.

Paul Christy is serving in the Air Force in Italy. Pray for community and strength for him as he’s away for the next few years.
David and Lynda Ramsey will continue to look at other houses. The seller isn’t willing to make the repairs on the one they wanted. Please pray for direction.

Velta Zoeller’s nephew, Scott, is living with her brother, James. Scott went through a divorce and a back surgery. He is very depressed and suicidal. They are not getting along. Pray for Scott’s emotions and for a better relationship with his dad.

John Daniels needs calls of encouragement because he doesn’t know what steps to take next with Sharon. She does well during the day but gets confused in the evenings.
Please pray for Lynda Ramsey’s daughter and son’s salvation. That God would give her son, Donald, a message that would bring him to His Word and to Himself. Pray that her daughter would be delivered from depression.
Pray for Beverly Hite’s grandson, Michael (age 20), that God would intervene and draw him back into a relationship with the Lord and with his family.
Pray for the people of Israel and the Middle East. Pray that Christ would be made known, pray for peace in and around Israel, pray for the protection of innocents in the entire area. Continue to pray for those working to spread the Good News in the midst of this crisis.
Hospitalizations and Illnesses
Pam & Curtis Yerby have a neighbor who has been dealing with hepatitis C for 19 years. Recently, his numbers have been going up and he also fell recently and fractured his shoulder. He’s in his 80s and his name is Glen Morgan. Pray for Glenn and for the Yerbys as they minister to him.
Pat Boyer’s kidney procedure took longer than expected, but it was successful at eradicating the tumor. PTL!
Nell Head is having a difficult time because things in her home are breaking, plus someone took her riding lawnmower. She is also having pain. Please pray for Nell.
Karen Davis is back on antibiotics again for her infection. Please pray for healing.
Shelby Byrd is having hip issues. Pray for healing and provision for him.
Kendall McWilliams is having some health issues. Pray for wisdom and healing for her.
Debbie Weir is still having heart issues after her previous procedure.
Madi Grogan has been in ongoing pain for a while. Pray for guidance for the doctors as they look for the causes of Madi’s pain and a solution that will bring healing to her body. Pray for peace for her mind, as well as endurance and comfort for her family.
Bob Boyer has carpal tunnel syndrome in his right wrist. He’s been given medication, a brace, and exercises to do. Please pray for healing.
Former member, Dwayne Smith, is recovering from heart bypass at rehab, but having difficulty with his leg. Please pray for healing for Dwayne and comfort for Deanna.
Helen Wilkerson moved successfully to a first-floor room at Tealridge in Edmond. Continue praying for her adjustment.
Sherrill Sageser has an MRI of his back scheduled for this Wednesday. Please pray it reveals any additional problems that can be treated to relieve his pain.
Evan and Levi Prince’s friend, Jeremy P., has stomach cancer. Be in prayer for him as he and his doctors decide on treatments.
Sam Wittner is suffering with arthritis. Charlotte is aware that she is having some issues with dementia.
Robert Manning’s daughter, Shelly Leaf, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Pray for Shelly and her doctors.
One of our GED students has an adult daughter, Felicity, who has a heart valve defect and has been having trouble with blood clots which are threatening to cause the loss of toes. Pray for healing for Felicity and that her doctors would have guidance in her care.
Diana Barr’s dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Be in prayer for their family as they seek the best treatments.
Dennis & Charline DeWitt have not been in Church since October 2023. Dennis had a number of procedures and health problems Please pray for his healing.
Katie MacDougall is undergoing treatment for her lung disease. Please continue praying this treatment would reduce inflammation, slow disease progression, and reduce the need for more unpleasant treatment options as well as wisdom for her pulmonary teams at Mayo and OU.
Carol and Johnny Just’s granddaughter Marek Merideth. Earlier this month her MRI indicated that the brain tumor remains stable. She has completed the oral chemo protocol so was taken off the medicine. It had significant side effects so I'm sure her quality of life will be improved but we still need prayer the tumor does not grow!
Johnny and Carol Just’s son-in-law, Mitch Merideth, had a heart transplant in 2016. He continues to struggle with health problems and other problems related to liver failure. Also, it was discovered he has a heart valve that was damaged from the multiple biopsies done to monitor transplant rejection, which may need surgical intervention in the future. The accumulation of stress has taken a toll on their marriage. Pray for mercy and peace.

Hannah and Ben Hanes are missionaries serving in the Bronx in NYC.
Logan & Morgan Hanni & their sons, Liam & Grayson, are serving a 3 year term as IMB missionaries to Southeast Asia. Please pray for their travel, language learning and cultural adjustment. Pray for unreached people groups in Southeast Asia to come to a saving faith in Jesus.
De’Vonte’ Pittman is serving on the mission field in North Africa. He will be there at least a year. Pray for him and for the people groups with whom he will be sharing the gospel.
Pray the congregation at Northeast Fellowship, that they would grow in their love for God and each other. Pray for their community, specifically for the new people moving to their community that the Lord would use their church to reach them with the gospel and equip them to meet their physical needs. Let everything they do/plan be devotional, and draw them closer to the Lord.

CHBC Lexington Chapel Service Prayer requests
Jerry requests prayer for his wife and children, and particularly his little brother "Jules" who is only 14 yrs old and has never been separated from his older brother before.
Jonathan gave his life to Jesus on August 19, 2024, so pray for his protection and guidance from The Holy Spirit. He also asked for prayer for his children's well-being, and for kindness to be shown to them in his absence. Asked for prayer that his children would also come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior.
Andrew asks for prayer for all families dealing with separation from their loved ones, for whatever reasons, like military or prison, or other hardships.
Eric requests prayer for his younger sister in California named Hannah, dealing with opioid addiction, and facing prison in Oklahoma. She does not know Jesus as Lord and he asked for prayer that people would come to her speaking the Gospel Message and that her heart would be softened and opened to hear the TRUTH, and that she too could be set free!

New Prayer Requests
Tia Philbin is taking legal action in a very traumatic situation that she experienced in the past. She is asking for strength and peace during the process as well as justice to be served.

Pray for volunteers for our Preschool Ministry. They are still in need of 2-3 volunteers to love on babies In the Mint Room (bed babies) during the small group hour and 1-2 volunteers to teach in the Green Room (age 2) during the small group hour. They are flexible and will be grateful for ANY amount of time to invest in the littlest members of CHBC. Daniel Swinehart and his children Landin (13) and Hudson (10) lost their lives in the crash at Sundance Airport last week. The Swinehart’s belong to Quail Springs Baptist Church. Please keep Daniel’s wife (and the children’s mother), Victoria, and their extended family in your prayers during this very difficult time.

Pat Boyer’s kidney procedure was cancelled last Wednesday due to the machine being broken and lack of some necessary supplies. It is rescheduled for this Wednesday. Pray for peace for Bob and Pat as they wait and for a successful surgery.

Anna Harkins is nearing the end of her medicine changes. So far, by the grace of God, she's not had anymore seizures. Please join her parents, Greg and Beth, in prayer that these medications continue to help her live seizure free again.

Tom Clanton’s friend, Jimmy Lehu, has a staph infection and is very weak. Please pray for strength and correct treatment.
Geneva Skala had some skin cancers removed on her left hand. It is painful, and she is facing radiation treatments. Please lift Geneva up for comfort and healing.

Pat Boyer will have a probing procedure on her kidney Wednesday morning to try to freeze the cancerous tumor in her right kidney. Please pray that it is successful so that she doesn’t have to have her kidney removed.

Nate requests prayer for boldness to step into God's calling to me to teach His word. And prayer for his brother "Chief" as he seeks to grow closer to God, and needs protection and encouragement in the midst of the enemy's attacks.

New Prayer Requests
David and Lynda Ramsey are approved for a home loan. They are considering a house in the Village. Please pray for wisdom and God’s will in this process.
Daniel Swinehart and his children Landin (13) and Hudson (10) lost their lives in the crash at Sundance Airport last week. The Swinehart’s belong to Quail Springs Baptist Church. Please keep Daniel’s wife (and the children’s mother), Victoria, and their extended family in your prayers during this very difficult time. Anyone wishing to express condolences or inquire about how to support the Swinehart family during this time, please contact Ray Griffin, Executive Pastor at QSBC, at 405-302-3025.
Tom Clanton’s brother-in-law, Chris, will have another cancer removed on his arm today.
Tom Clanton’s friend, Jimmy Lehu, has a staph infection and is very weak. Please pray for strength and correct treatment.
Pray for volunteers for our Preschool Ministry. They are still in need of 2-3 volunteers to teach during the small group hour or to love on children during the worship service. They are flexible and will be grateful for ANY amount of time to invest in the littlest members of CHBC. Three members of a Southern gospel group, the Nelons, were killed in a plane crash in Wyoming, along with four others. Please pray for their families.
Velta Zoeller’s nephew, Scott, is living with her brother, James. Scott went through a divorce and a back surgery. He is very depressed and suicidal. They are not getting along. Pray for Scott’s emotions and for a better relationship with his dad.

Geneva Skala is experiencing some problems and requests prayers for strength.
Trent Harkins (teenage son of Beth and Greg) is at Basic Training in Fort Benning, GA. Pray for Trent to have a successful time at training and for his family as they will miss him over the summer.
John Daniels needs calls of encouragement because he doesn’t know what steps to take next with Sharon. She does well during the day but gets confused in the evenings.
Please pray for Lynda Ramsey’s daughter and son’s salvation. That God would give her son, Donald, a message that would bring him to His Word and to Himself. Pray that her daughter would be delivered from depression.
Pray for Beverly Hite’s grandson, Michael (age 20), that God would intervene and draw him back into a relationship with the Lord and with his family.

Hospitalizations and Illnesses
Geneva Skala had some skin cancers removed on her left hand. It is painful, and she is facing radiation treatments. Please lift Geneva up for comfort and healing.
Velta Zoeller’s younger brother, Gene, has edema and sores on his legs. They were wrapped, but when unwrapped, growths had grown into his legs, and skin came off. Doctors won’t see him now even though he can’t care for them himself. Pray for direction and healing.
Debbie Weir is still having heart issues after her previous procedure.
Wilma Cude’s spot on her lung is the same and may be a scar from her previous pneumonia. She will have it checked again in six months.
Don Cude will have surgery on his nose August 13. Pray for a smooth surgery and recovery.
Madi Grogan has been in the hospital this past week dealing with ongoing severe abdominal pain, along with several other medical issues. She has several outpatient appointments with doctors from Mayo in the coming days. Pray for guidance for the doctors as they look for the causes of Madi’s pain and a solution that will bring healing to her body. Pray for peace for her mind, as well as endurance and comfort for her family.
Anna Harkins is nearing the end of her medicine changes. So far, by the grace of God, she's not had anymore seizures. Please join her parents, Greg and Beth, in prayer that these medications continue to help her live seizure free again.
Bob Boyer has carpal tunnel syndrome in his right wrist. He’s been given medication, a brace, and exercises to do. Please pray for healing.
Former member, Dwayne Smith, is recovering from heart bypass at rehab, but having difficulty with his leg. Please pray for healing for Dwayne and comfort for Deanna.
Cathy Burris’ friend, Greg Earles, was in a serious car accident. He is now up and walking, going to therapy, and healing.
Pat Boyer had an ultrasound on her kidney Friday. She’s waiting to be scheduled for a kidney procedure on August 21 by an interventional radiologist. Please pray it is successful.
John Burris’ grandson, John Burris II, had his colon removed. He is doing well after his treatment.
Helen Wilkerson moved successfully to a first-floor room at Tealridge in Edmond. Continue praying for her adjustment.
Sherrill Sageser’s pain pump was turned up from .5 to .7 (42%), but it hasn’t helped yet. He is now scheduled with a VA neurologist on August 28 as a second opinion for his Lewy body dementia.
Robin Smith had an ultrasound May 30th for an abnormality in her breast. Please pray for wisdom, peace and healing.

Diana Barr’s dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Be in prayer for their family as they seek the best treatments.

Katie MacDougall is undergoing treatment for her lung disease. Please continue praying this treatment would reduce inflammation, slow disease progression, and reduce the need for more unpleasant treatment options as well as wisdom for her pulmonary teams at Mayo and OU.
Carol and Johnny Just’s granddaughter Marek Merideth. Earlier this month her MRI indicated that the brain tumor remains stable. She has completed the oral chemo protocol so was taken off the medicine. It had significant side effects so I'm sure her quality of life will be improved but we still need prayer the tumor does not grow!
Johnny and Carol Just’s son-in-law, Mitch Merideth, had a heart transplant in 2016. He continues to struggle with health problems and other problems related to liver failure. Also, it was discovered he has a heart valve that was damaged from the multiple biopsies done to monitor transplant rejection, which may need surgical intervention in the future. The accumulation of stress has taken a toll on their marriage. Pray for mercy and peace.

New Prayer Requests
Wilma Cude will have a follow-up CT scan on Thursday to check the spot on her upper lung. Please pray it is smaller or gone.
Don Cude will have surgery on his nose August 13. Pray for a smooth surgery and recovery.
Pray for volunteers for our Preschool Ministry. They are in dire need of volunteers to teach during the small group hour (a weekly commitment) or to love on children during the worship service (a monthly or quarterly commitment.) Our Preschool ministry is the first place many babies and preschoolers learn about Jesus’ love for them. Ongoing Requests
Velta Zoeller’s nephew, Scott, is living with her brother, James. Scott went through a divorce and a back surgery. He is very depressed and suicidal. They are not getting along. Pray for Scott’s emotions and for a better relationship with his dad.
Keaire Wilkins (Sheireka's son) has pending charges. Please pray for the family as they navigate meetings with his attorney and the DA, for peace in the waiting (court scheduled for Aug. 5th), and for the most positive outcome possible. Geneva Skala is experiencing some problems and requests prayers for strength.
Trent Harkins (teenage son of Beth and Greg) is at Basic Training in Fort Benning, GA. Pray for Trent to have a successful time at training and for his family as they will miss him over the summer.
John Daniels needs calls of encouragement because he doesn’t know what steps to take next with Sharon. She does well during the day but gets confused in the evenings.
Please pray for Lynda Ramsey’s daughter and son’s salvation. That God would give her son, Donald, a message that would bring him to His Word and to Himself. Pray that her daughter would be delivered from depression.
The Just’s nephew, Jason, is in prison. Please pray Colossians 1:9-10 over him. He professes Christ and wants to live for Him during incarceration.
Pray for Beverly Hite’s grandson, Michael (age 20), that God would intervene and draw him back into a relationship with the Lord and with his family.
Pray for the people of Israel and the Middle East. Pray that Christ would be made known, pray for peace in and around Israel, pray for the protection of innocents in the entire area. Continue to pray for those working to spread the Good News in the midst of this crisis.
Hospitalizations and Illnesses

Former member, Dwayne Smith, is recovering from heart bypass at rehab, but having difficulty with his leg. Please pray for healing for Dwayne and comfort for Deanna.
Cathy Burris’ friend, Greg Earles, was in a serious car accident. He is healing.
Pat Boyer had an ultrasound on her kidney Friday. She’s waiting to be scheduled for a procedure by an interventional radiologist.
John Burris’ grandson, John Burris II, had his colon removed. He is doing well after his treatment.
Helen Wilkerson will be moving to assisted living at Tealridge Retirement Community in Edmond on July 19. Please pray for a safe and easy adjustment.
Sherrill Sageser had his pain pump medication changed to dilaudid this week. It isn’t helping with his pain yet, so continue to pray that it would make a difference for him.
Robin Smith had an ultrasound May 30th for an abnormality in her breast. Please pray for wisdom, peace and healing.
Jayne Manley’s son-in-law, Dan Franklin, just retired and learned he has cancer in his spine.
Bob Boyer’s great-niece, Hailey (21), is struggling again with the residual brain tumor left behind in an earlier surgery. Please pray for correct treatment for her.
Evan and Levi Prince’s friend, Jeremy P., has stomach cancer. Be in prayer for him as he and his doctors decide on treatments.
Sam Wittner is suffering with arthritis. Charlotte is aware that she is having some issues with dementia.
Robert Manning’s daughter, Shelly Leaf, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Pray for Shelly and her doctors.
One of our GED students has an adult daughter, Felicity, who has a heart valve defect and has been having trouble with blood clots which are threatening to cause the loss of toes. Pray for healing for Felicity and that her doctors would have guidance in her care.
Diana Barr’s dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Be in prayer for their family as they seek the best treatments.
Dennis & Charline DeWitt have not been in Church since October 2023. Dennis had a number of procedures and health problems Please pray for his healing.
Katie MacDougall is undergoing treatment for her lung disease. Please continue praying this treatment would reduce inflammation, slow disease progression, and reduce the need for more unpleasant treatment options as well as wisdom for her pulmonary teams at Mayo and OU.
Carol and Johnny Just’s granddaughter Marek has been taken off her medication as she can only take it for so long. Her tumor remains stable.
Johnny and Carol Just’s son-in-law, Mitch Merideth, had a heart transplant in 2016. He continues to struggle with health problems related to liver failure caused from many years of taking medications for his heart failure and then heart transplant. He is not doing well. Please pray he can manage the condition and gain some weight.

Logan & Morgan Hanni & their sons, Liam & Grayson, are serving a 3 year term as IMB missionaries to Southeast Asia. Please pray for their travel, language learning and cultural adjustment. Pray for unreached people groups in Southeast Asia to come to a saving faith in Jesus.
De’Vonte’ Pittman is serving on the mission field in North Africa. He will be there at least a year. Pray for him and for the people groups with whom he will be sharing the gospel.

Mary Kitchell was back in church and is doing better. Her doctor is happy with her progress. Sooner's she will begin taking infusions for her bone cancer.

New Prayer Requests
Madi Grogan has been in the hospital this past week dealing with ongoing severe abdominal pain, along with several other medical issues. She has several outpatient appointments with doctors from Mayo in the coming days. Pat Boyer is waiting to be scheduled by an interventional radiologist, who will use two probes to freeze the tumor inside her right kidney. Then he will repeat the procedure within a couple hours, hoping the tumor breaks apart and dissolves without surgery. Please pray the procedure works. Her pulmonologist continues to monitor the growth in her lung.

Sherrill Sageser had 13 X-rays taken of his back and ribs at the VA, but he has not heard the results yet. He’s hoping to be sent to their pain management doctors. His other pain doctor agreed to increase his pump another 10%. If that doesn’t help, they may switch from morphine to fentanyl in his pump. Please pray for wisdom for his doctors

Sherrill Sageser’s referral to a new pain management doctor was not accepted because that doctor didn’t implant his pump. Please pray for wisdom about possibly having the pump removed or continuing to find another doctor.
Madi Grogan visited Mayo again last week for more testing. They are waiting for another appointment this month and continue to wait on test results. Pray for guidance for the doctors as they look for the causes of Madi’s pain, as well as endurance, provision and peace for Madi and her family.

Jayne Manley’s son-in-law, Dan Franklin, just retired and learned he has cancer in his spine.
Bob Boyer’s great-niece, Hailey (21), is struggling again with the residual brain tumor left behind in an earlier surgery. Please pray for correct treatment for her.

Belinda Yesslith’s second oldest son was stabbed several times in an altercation. Please pray for his healing and for Brenda to have peace.
Jayne Manley’s son-in-law, Dan Franklin, just retired and learned he has cancer in his spine.
Bob Boyer’s great-niece, Hailey (21), is struggling again with the residual brain tumor left behind in an earlier surgery. Please pray for correct treatment for her.
Shirley Mathews had a repeat of her lumpectomy in March. Please pray for a successful outcome and for healing.
Evan and Levi Prince’s friend, Jeremy P., has stomach cancer. Be in prayer for him as he and his doctors decide on treatments.

One of our GED students has an adult daughter, Felicity, who has a heart valve defect and has been having trouble with blood clots which are threatening to cause the loss of toes. Pray for healing for Felicity and that her doctors would have guidance in her care.
Helen Wilkerson is now in rehab at Baptist Village. Her lungs had fluid because she was not being given one of her medications, but she is better now. She’s wearing an immobilizer on her broken leg. Pray for her recovery.
Diana Barr’s dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Be in prayer for their family as they seek the best treatments.
Dennis & Charline DeWitt have not been in Church since October 2023. Dennis had 2 Disk replaced in his lower back and is still having severe pain in his right hip & severe headaches. Additionally, he had heart bypass surgery on February 15. Please pray for his healing. They also would like to thank CHBC for being so kind to them when they started attending and they sincerely hope to return again when Dennis is better.

Sherrill Sageser has had his pain pump refilled, and the flow was increased by 10%, but it still doesn’t help his back pain. Pray for a solution that will help him have less pain.
Katie MacDougall is undergoing treatment for her lung disease. Please continue praying this treatment would reduce inflammation, slow disease progression, and reduce the need for more unpleasant treatment options as well as wisdom for her pulmonary teams at Mayo and OU.
Carol and Johnny Just’s granddaughter Marek is being treated for a brain tumor that was diagnosed in 2019. They appreciate prayers for the brain tumor to remain stable or shrink.
Johnny and Carol Just’s son-in-law, Mitch Merideth, had a heart transplant in 2016. He continues to struggle with health problems related to liver failure caused from many years of taking medications for his heart failure and then heart transplant. Please pray he can manage the condition and gain some weight.

John and Cathy Burris’s house sale fell through. They are now leasing their house to the prospective buyers until the buyers’ house sells. Pray that this can be resolved soon.
Please pray for Lynda Ramsey’s daughter and son’s salvation. That God would give her son, Donald, a message that would bring him to His Word and to Himself. Pray that her daughter would be delivered from depression.
The Just’s nephew, Jason, is in prison. Please pray Colossians 1:9-10 over him. He professes Christ and wants to live for Him during incarceration.

Linda Sageser has pain in her right shoulder from lifting and loading Sherrill’s walker. She had an MRI on her right shoulder. Her pain was diagnosed as bursitis, but it has improved greatly so that she can use it again.

Tom Clanton’s brother-in-law, Chris, was having headaches and a nose bleed. He had strokes on both sides of his brain, which only affected his legs. He is now progressing well in rehab.

Don Cude is scheduled to have a reversal surgery in his abdomen, tomorrow, May 7. Don and Wilma are really wanting to get back to church when Don is better.

Joe Pellegrin had another CT scan on his lungs with a possible second biopsy planned. But the radiologist compared it with a 2017 scan and discovered the small spot was seen then, and it has grown only minimally since then. PTL! His doctor has decided to wait 6 months to a year before checking it again.

One of our GED students has an adult daughter, Felicity, who has a heart valve defect and has been having trouble with blood clots which are threatening to cause the loss of toes. Pray for healing for Felicity and that her doctors would have guidance in her care.
Annecia Pinkston is in PT three times a week as her knee recovers.
Sharon Daniels does well during the day but gets confused in the evenings. John is home now and gaining strength.
Helen Wilkerson is now in rehab at Baptist Village. Her lungs had fluid because she was not being given one of her medications, but she is better now. She’s wearing an immobilizer on her broken leg. Pray for her recovery.
Diana Barr’s dad has been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Be in prayer for their family as they seek the best treatments.
Dennis & Charline DeWitt have not been in Church since October 2023. Dennis had 2 Disk replaced in his lower back and is still having severe pain in his right hip & severe headaches. Additionally, he had heart bypass surgery on February 15. Please pray for his healing. They also would like to thank CHBC for being so kind to them when they started attending and they sincerely hope to return again when Dennis is better.
Pray for Don Cude’s neighbor, David, who has prostate cancer. He is currently undergoing chemo but doing well. Pray for his treatment and healing.
Sherrill Sageser has had his pain pump refilled, but he still hasn’t had any relief. He is taking a few physical therapy treatments to improve his movements.
Katie MacDougall is undergoing treatment for her lung disease. Please continue praying this treatment would reduce inflammation, slow disease progression, and reduce the need for more unpleasant treatment options as well as wisdom for her pulmonary teams at Mayo and OU.
Carol and Johnny Just’s granddaughter Marek is being treated for a brain tumor that was diagnosed in 2019. They appreciate prayers for the brain tumor to remain stable or shrink.
Johnny and Carol Just’s son-in-law, Mitch Merideth, had a heart transplant in 2016. He continues to struggle with health problems related to liver failure caused from many years of taking medications for his heart failure and then heart transplant. Please pray he can manage the condition and gain some weight.

New Prayer Requests
Stan Kitchell’s mother passed away last Thursday. Please pray for the family.
Belinda Yesslith’s second oldest son was stabbed several times in an altercation. He was on life support but is off now getting stabilized. He is in Phoenix so Belinda can’t contact him without the proper room number and password. Please pray for her peace and healing for him.
Madi Grogan has an appointment at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN on Monday, May 6th. Be praying that the appointment will result in movement toward a diagnosis and that the doctors there will be able to find solutions to help Madi be pain-free soon. Pray for safe travels for her and Amanda and then for Jeff and the other kids staying here in OKC. Also for wisdom as they make preparations and for God to provide as they await insurance decisions on coverage.
Ongoing Requests
Belinda Yesslith recently lost her mom, brother, and her dad. Please pray for comfort for her.
David Ramsey has not yet heard from his job interview. Continue to pray for God’s will with his employment.
Please pray for Mikayla Harrison and her household as they go through a tough transition the next few weeks.
Pray for Cory Pruitt and Kathy Quinllan as they both seek new jobs. Pray that the Lord would guide them each to the employer and position that will be a blessing to their families and help them to live sent in their work place.
Please pray for Lynda Ramsey’s daughter and son’s salvation. That God would give her son, Donald, a message that would bring him to His Word and to Himself. Pray that her daughter would be delivered from depression.
The Just’s nephew, Jason, is in prison. Please pray Colossians 1:9-10 over him. He professes Christ and wants to live for Him during incarceration.
Pray for Beverly Hite’s grandson, Michael (age 20), that God would intervene and draw him back into a relationship with the Lord and with his family.
Pray for the people of Israel and the Middle East. Pray that Christ would be made known, pray for peace in and around Israel, pray for the protection of innocents in the entire area. Continue to pray for those working to spread the Good News in the midst of this crisis.
Hospitalizations and Illnesses
Bob and Pat Boyer are still under the weather. Pray for their healing and strength.
Joe Pellegrin had another CT scan on his lungs with a possible second biopsy planned. But the radiologist compared it with a 2017 scan and discovered the small spot was seen then, and it has grown only minimally since then. PTL! His doctor has decided to wait 6 months to a year before checking it again.

New Prayer Requests
Tom Clanton’s brother-in-law, Chris, was having headaches and a nose bleed. He had strokes on both sides of his brain, which only affected his legs. He is now progressing well in rehab.
Jayne Manley’s son-in-law, Dan Franklin, just retired and learned he has cancer in his spine.
Belinda Yesslith recently lost her mom, brother, and her dad. Please pray for comfort for her.
Pat Boyer’s blood pressure has been very high. She was in the ER, and they changed her medication. She will see her PCP this week.
