PASTOR’S NOTE
Hey Church Family,
What a great night we had last Sunday enjoying some homemade ice cream and hearing about all that God is doing through our Family Ministry this summer! A huge shout-out to our amazing homemade ice cream makers and our Senior Adult Ministry for serving our church family so well. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a fun night of fellowship. I love seeing our church family together and celebrating what God is doing in and through CHBC!
Our family is heading to Colorado for some vacation time—rest, hiking, biking, and simply enjoying time together before we hit the ground running with the start of a new school year. While we are away, please pray for Pastor Cameron and Pastor Mark as they faithfully handle the Word and finish out our study in Luke 21.
Love you, church family! I am grateful for you and excited about what God is doing among us. Have a great week, and we will see you soon!

FAMILY WORSHIP & THE LORD’S SUPPER
Join us this Sunday at 9:30am for small groups and 10:45am for family worship service (no Kids Church upstairs this week) as we finish walking through Luke 21 and take part in The Lord’s Supper.
ADULT DISCIPLESHIP PREVIEW | AUG 16
Join us for an Adult Discipleship Preview during our small group hour on August 16th!
This gathering is a chance to hear the vision for the upcoming ministry year, get a preview of upcoming Bible studies and events offered by our Men’s & Women’s Ministry Teams, and enjoy fellowship with others as we grow together in Christ.
Men will meet in the Old Choir Room at 9:30am
Women will meet in the Fellowship Hall at 9:30am

GO DEEPER AT CHBC
SUNDAY NIGHT PROPHECY STUDY | AUG 16
Our next Sunday Night Prophecy Study with Johnny Just will be on Sunday, August 16th.
We will have Fellowship time from 5:30-6:00 pm and Teaching time (Ezekiel) from 6:00-7:00pm. This group meets every 3rd Sunday of the month in Room 152/154 (behind the worship center).
MDWK at CHBC is taking a BREAK for the SUMMER!
Our normal midweek activities are taking a break for June and July to allow room for summer camps, VBS, and all the activities we engage with throughout the summer.
MDWK activities resume August 19th!
