Whiz Kids Interest Meeting | August 25th
It’s almost time for Whiz Kids to start back!
Whiz Kids is a great program that allows us to serve the students at Tulakes Elementary by offering one-on-one tutoring to help them succeed. We also have opportunities to teach the Bible and get to know their families.
Our Whiz Kids Needs:
We’re looking for a co-leader to help lead the Whiz Kids program after this year

If you would like to learn more about helping in any capacity, come to the Whiz Kids interest meeting on August 25, right after the morning service.
Whiz Kids training will be Sept. 4th from 3pm-5pm
Women’s Worship Night | August 29th
Gather with CHBC women & others from across the community as we join our hearts together in worship, prayer, and teaching from best-selling author and Biblical culturalist Kristi McLelland. The cost is $10/person which includes Worship Night and teaching from Kristi followed by Wondervan popsicles. Also, feel free to grab dinner at either Cava or Q'Doba on NW Expressway & Rockwell (5:15ish) to enjoy extra together before heading to the event.
teacher appreciation brunch | Sept 7th
If you or your one of your children/students has a teacher we want to celebrate them! Invite them to join us, then you can to come and help us serve them brunch.
September 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m Enjoy a pancake brunch, prizes, and words of encouragement given by Beth Harkins
Men’s Top Golf | September 9th
Come hang out for a great night with the CHBC Men!
On Monday, Sept. 9th from 6-8pm the Men's ministry will be hosting a Top Golf Fellowship Event.
Cost: $10 - includes food, drinks, and gameplay.
60 Years of CHBC
This year we are celebrating 60 years of Cherokee Hills! If you have any pictures of Cherokee Hills over the years, we would love to see them! Please send anything you have to info@chbcok.com or bring them by the church office to be scanned. Thank you!

Start with a family dinner in our Fellowship Hall, doors open at 5pm. Cost is $5 each, with a $15 family max.

Equip classes will start at 6:15pm, and the doors will open at 6pm for preschool, kids, preteen, and student ministry activities. *See equip classes below.
Wednesday Prayer Meeting
Join Brian and Stephany Meister every Wednesday at 6:00pm in the Senior Adult Room to pray together as a church. We will be praying through Scripture, prayer requests, and lifting up the lost.
Faith Essentials: Basic Apologetics
We’ll meet in the south Fellowship Hall. Bring a Bible and a journal!
