  • John Burris has been in the hospital. Pray he recovers quickly.

  • Pat Boyer will see a hematologist soon and may need an iron infusion. She has no energy.

Ongoing requests

  • Tara Sageser’s shoulder surgery was not as serious as expected. The doctor cleaned out scar tissue and fraying on the rotator cuff as well as put another stitch in the labrum tear. She’s able to remove the fabric sling and move her arm around. She’s doing very well.

  • Donna Sharp requests prayers of salvation for her son, Colton, and for her sister.

  • Debra Baird’s father, Wayne, unexpectedly passed away last week. His funeral was Friday in Wilson, OK. Debra’s mom, Geneva Skala, passed away just six months ago. Please pray for Debra as she deals with their personal business.

  • Mary Kitchell required another surgery to replace her hip joint. Please pray that this one will be successful and that she recovers well.

CHBC Prison Ministry Prayer Requests

Please keep the following requests in your prayers this week.

  • .There is a man named Ron who needs to surrender his life to Jesus.  He needs to ask for the forgiveness that Jesus offers.  Pray for him to hear the call of God on his life.

  • Dylan is an inmate at Lexington, an OBU student and a follower of Jesus, yet he struggles with drastic swings in his mental, spiritual, and even physical peace.  Pray for him to personally experience the fullness of the rest that Jesus Christ makes available.

  • Pray for salvation for a man calling himself “Q”.

  • Brent requests prayer for his mother, Mollie.  She is 2 yrs sober.  She is a believer in Jesus, and yet is still “crawling” as she understands how to be a better mother and grandmother.

  • Robin asks for prayer that he will be submissive to Jesus, and place Him first in his life, above all the other things that are crowding around him for attention.

  • Pray for Tyler, that he would call on the name of The Lord!

  • Tuydel asks for prayer for peace in his family among his parents and his siblings, and even his children and grandchildren. That they would hear the call of God in their lives and be reconciled to Him, as well as each other.

  • Drake asks for prayer for his mother with stage 4 liver cancer.

  • Terry and Vernon ask for prayer that God would remove the anxiety which plagues them, about so many things they truly cannot control.

Remember to keep the following men in your prayers, as they have surrendered to Jesus with prayers of repentance and surrender during recent A&R cell-to-cell visits.  Pray for direction and protection! That’s 329 confessions of Christ in 2025, and 1051 since we started counting in Feb of 2023.  All glory to God and His kingdom!

  •  Jamie Green

  • Gabriel Gacia

  • Alfredo Villegas

NOTE: There will be no prayer email next Tuesday, November 25. Happy Thanksgiving!
