PASTOR’S NOTE
Hey Church Family,
Our Unmasked series on Wednesday nights is focused on building authentic, Christ-centered relationships. We’re seeing students serve their peers, welcome new faces, and help others find a place to belong.
Our New York Mission team had a fruitful week serving alongside Noah and Ben at Everlasting Church in the Bronx, sharing the gospel in local parks and neighborhoods and growing through the experience themselves.
Pray that our students would develop hearts for their peers and build authentic community wherever they go. Pray for our adult leaders as we navigate the busy, demanding fall season. Personally, please pray for the Holloway family as we care for my father-in-law through a difficult season and prepare him to live with us for a while.
Thank you for continuing to pray for, encourage, and invest in CHBC Students. The work of student ministry belongs to the whole church, and we are grateful to be part of a church family that cares about helping students know Jesus, grow in authentic community, and carry the hope of the gospel wherever they go.

We will have our monthly Deacon’s meeting this Sunday, at 4:30pm.
COOKIES & COCOA - FAMILY BUSINESS MEETING
For our October Family Business Meeting, we’re going to meet this Sunday in the Student Center at 5:30pm for Cookies & Cocoa.
We’ll gather to get updated ministry and financial reports as well as new member requests for a vote, as with our typical Family Business Meetings, along with an update from a pastor.
TRUNK OR TREAT | OCT 31
With only ONE week to go , we’ve got 20+ trunks signed up but we still need help on a few teams (inflatables, hospitality, and parking lot are at the top of the list).
Sign up for a trunk or other area to serve here »
And of course we still need lots of candy. We have buckets for collection around the church and in grand central, you can drop your candy in either the OU, OSU, OKC Thunder, or Sportsball barrels for some competitive fun. You can also click here to donate towards candy »
We appreciate your generosity and willingness to serve!
