Senior Adult Trip to Stafford Air & Space Museum | May 26th

We will be leaving the church at 8:30 am on chartered bus and heading to Weatherford, where we will participate in a guided tour of the Stafford Air & Space Museum.

Following the tour, we will eat lunch at Lucille’s, and arrive back at the church @ 2:00-2:30 p.m.

The cost of the trip is $10/person, which includes the cost of the museum and a small contribution to offset the cost of the bus. Lunch at Lucille’s is on your own.

Afghan Refugee Support

We have a need for men to get involved with ESL training support for local Afghan refugees. We are looking for help Thursday evenings from 6-7pm. Essentially we are looking for simple social connections for gentlemen who need to practice their English or other help as needed by the instructor. All volunteers will need to go through a simple background check.

If you’d like information about this or other ways to get involved, email missions@chbcok.com.

Prophecy Class

The last Sunday before summer break is May 22, at 6:00 pm in Student Center

Open to all but there is no childcare. Led by Johnny Just and Pam Nance. Johnny will be wrapping up Ezekiel 38 before we break for the summer. We’ll keep you posted for the dates we plan to resume!
